We approach corporate social responsibility first and foremost through ethical recruitment, employment and safety practices that are effectively measured and monitored.

Our Sustainability Framework supports our vision, which is embedded into everything we do.

Our purpose is to partner with our clients and candidates to deliver quality services that add and create value. Our promise is to advocate workplace health and safety and utilise our networks and resources to support our community and environment. Our potential will be realised by developing our employees and living our values.

As a key part of our Community program, we provide office space to Ethiopiaid and two of our Board members contribute as non-executive directors.

Ethiopiaid

The Ethiopiaid Australia Foundation is a non-profit charity organisation raising much-needed funds for our trusted community partners based in Ethiopia. They work with local, community-based grassroots organisations, valued for their expertise, skill and ambition in addressing the areas of poverty alleviation, healthcare and education.

Ethiopiaid Australia Foundation relies on the generosity of the Australian public to support these partners and runs regular appeals throughout the year in order to raise much needed funds.

Ethiopiaid aim to:

  • Promote economically sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable women and youth
  • Advance literacy
  • Change attitudes to harmful practices
  • Provide protection and opportunities for vulnerable children
  • Increase access to quality maternal health services.

We are really proud of our involvement, along with our support of Not-for-Profits and NGOs focusing on local issues, through discounted fees and fundraising efforts.
